Drake International is on the lookout for Customer Service Coordinator. This is working for a well known manufacturing company based at Malaga.

The ideal candidate will be required to provide high level of customer service to sales representative by actioning, processing and time lining new development requests; following up of production orders; problem resolution.

Job competencies

• Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with databases
• Experience in an administrative/customer service role
• Understanding of a manufacturing environment
