As Operations & Compiler Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Maintain internal systems by facilitating consignments & purchase orders
- Arrangement of quotes & insurance of cost comparisons
- Operational assistance
- Assisting the customs division with compiling & document control
- Data reporting for clients & customers
- Ongoing maintenance of customer/client relationships
- Administration duties & database integrity
- Competent understanding of company terms, services, procedures, & systems
In order to be successful for the role of Operations & Compiler Coordinator you will ideally possess:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent time management & organisation abilities
- Positive attitude & dedicated team player
- Commitment to attention to detail
- Great prioritisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously & follow instructions efficiently
- Experience within transport & logistics is not required but highly regarded
Hours: Monday - Friday full time 8:30am-5:00pm - initial 3 month contract with a transition to permanent
Salary: Salary is negotiable based on experience- starting at $50,000 + superannuation
