Duties:-

• Prepare and submit quotations for customers, internal sales and specifers.
• Maintain and follow up Quote log, actively chase leads and send weekly updates
• Handle technical inquiries and provide relevant information, internal and external
• Handle customer enquires and liaise with other staff where required
• When required update customers on order status
• Complete paperwork as required
• Gather email enquiries, co ordinate log and lead data base, actively chase leads, raise quotes, send through weekly report.
• Perform cash /Counter sales
• Enter sales orders when required

Requiements:-

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills - both Excel and Word
• Previous experience within a competitive market

This role would suit someone from a background in Hardware ideally. A good sense of humour and a desire to 'get in and get the job done'.
