Reporting to a Customer Service Team Leader, this is an exceptional opportunity to join an industry leader based in the surrounds of North Ryde. With a background in customer care, relationship management ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical arena, you shall be responsible for:- - Data entry of sales orders
- Exploring sales opportunities via incoming calls
- Providing advice and information regarding products and service delivery
- Track, manage and report on orders put through the system
- Meeting team and individual KPI's based on performance
- Maintaining data integrity
To be successful in attaining this role you shall have:- - Strong oral and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work to a deadline
- Great conflict resolution skills
- Experience using a large ERP such as SAP, JDEdwards or Oracle
