A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a prestigious residential developer to primarily consult and service customers on financing their new property purchases.

This position requires the Broker to have a minimum of three to five years experience and you must be fully certified (Certificate IV in Financial Services) and be a member of the AFG. Mortgage Brokers who are flexible and willing to change aggregators are encoruraged to apply.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Solid understanding of the brokering environment - including a strong knowledge of different mortgage products and the sales process
• Build trust and provide world class customer service and financial information to customers
• Submit quality and accurate home finance applications whilst also ensuring a high level of confidentiality
• Proactively ensuring strong relationships with the aggregator, panel lender, conveyance, valuer and internal sales team to ensure smooth selling process
