As Foreign Exchange- Corporate Relationship & People Manager you will report into the National GM; your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 
  • Manage and influence the team- approximately 5 reports
  • Motivate your staff and ensure optimal performance levels
  • Achieve financial targets set; both an individual & team measure
  • Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients- focusing on retention and development of these accounts
  • Maintain a 'bottom line' focus
  • Ensure business expectations are met
  • Regular meetings & conferences with senior level management/reports
 
To be successful for the role of Foreign Exchange- Corporate Relationship & People Manager you will ideally possess the following:
 
  • Experience within the finance & banking sector- foreign exchange experience highly preferred
  • Solid track record of developing and retaining key business relationships
  • Previous relationship focused roles
  • Strategic & creative approach
  • People management experience demonstrating growth & retention throughout
  • Accountable & reliable
  • Exceptional communication & time management skills
  • Key motivator and results driven
 
Salary: This role plays great importance to the operational success of the company and is therefore highly remunerated-
$135,000-150,000 base salary + superannuation + bonuses/commission structure + further incentives
