- Processng customer transactions
- Cash Management
- Providing information to customers regarding products and services
- Cross-selling and up-selling of company products and services
- Dealing with an customer queries/complaints/problems quickly and efficiently
- Attending team meetings
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Passing leads to Lending Officers
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and atributes:
- Experience within a banking/financial services environment
- Experience working within a retail branch is preferable
- Excellent customer service skill
- Experience cross-selling and up-selling of products
- IT Literate
