We are actively seeking experienced Analysts through to third year Associates and above to join their growing and successful execution team.

As an Analyst you will support the senior leadership team through the provision of transaction execution assistance. Key responsibilities will include financial modelling, analysis and valuation for the purposes of effectively executing deals. You will likely to have 1-3 years of experience gained in either a major investment bank or independent financial advisory firm. Relevant tertiary Quals. in commerce/law or economics/finance with a superior academic achievement are required.

As an Associate, your role will be to lead financial due diligence and valuation teams, supporting senior executives in the execution of merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions. You will lead and manage Analysts in the preparation of valuation analyses, merger and standalone operating models and client pitches. In addition, you will deal with management teams as well as external advisers to provide appropriate tactical and strategic input on deals.
It is likely your experience will have been gained within a top tier IB or law firm in a mergers and acquisitions and/or broader corporate finance capability.
