Due to the success and growth of the business, an opportunity currently exists for an experienced and polished Receptionist to join the Patient Services team 4 days per week (Mon, Wed,Thurs and Fri). With the best levels of patient care as your main priority, you will be greeting patients and visitors, answering and directing calls, scheduling patient appointments, updating information on the patient database and handling couriers, mail and other ad-hoc administration tasks.

Youll be working on a rotating roster of 8 hour shifts that are between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm and will need to be available for occasional weekend work (penalty rates apply). Experience in the health sector or knowledge of patient databases will be an advantage but to be truly successful in this busy role, you will need to be a strong team player possessing a professional, warm and customer friendly approach. Intermediate MS Office skills (45wpm).
