Personal Assistant Temporary Contract

Located at Mawson Lakes, this organisation is a world leader in their field at the forefront of research excellence. They now have a requirement for an experienced Personal Assistant to undertake a temporary role for approximately three months, with a possibility of extension thereafter.

Supporting a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating extensive meeting and diary management functions, whilst providing high level administration support in a confidential manner. In addition, you will co-ordinate office functions such as stationery, word processing, screening phone calls and co-ordinating agenda's, reports and supporting the board. You will be comfortable taking minutes of meetings, preparing, formatting and submitting research articles and drafting correspondence.

Naturally you will be proficient in MS Outlook and the Microsoft suite, take pride in your attention to detail, be able to juggle quickly changing meeting priorities and possess the confidence to liaise at senior level with stakeholders across the highest levels of government and industry.
