Based in South Melbourne (Albert Rd) the environment is professional and the culture is diverse and warm. The focus of the role is to ensure effective time management and to provide top level support to a busy and supportive General Manager and 3 of his direct reports.
As the General Manager of Property, Mortgages and Capital Markets, he is in great demand, constantly in meetings so he will rely on you totally to be his right hand, gatekeeper and eyes and ears around the office. Co-ordinate his time, schedule meetings, arrange travel, liaise with Managers on his behalf and be treated as an equal as you take on a myriad of projects of your own including managing and allocating work to a Team Coordinator. The scope is endless for a pro-active, team orientated organiser who doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves and getting involved with everything from stocking the drinks fridge to being present at high level committee and board meetings.
At last, here is an opportunity to take ownership of your own projects, truly partner with your manager and show that you can really do more! Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills essential together with a solid EA background.
