As part of a leading multi-disciplinary health care organisation, hes responsible for the specialist division that provides of a range of child, adolescent and adult psychiatry services in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
The role revolves around the coordination of communications and management of information within the unit, the parent organisation, patients, patrons and the community. Theres plenty of variety to keep you interested and busy!
As his PA, the role engages with corporate and operations people, external suppliers and the community, and is responsible for taking minutes at meetings, diary management, scheduling appointmentsandthe maintenance of systems and procedures, from patient feedback, expense accounts to capital works.
Your personal attributes including an obliging can-do attitude, professionalism, a forensic eye for detail, level headed, common sense, initiative, pro-active, sense of responsibility, and being a strongteam player are just as important asexcellent computer skills and previous secretarial experience.
