As part of a team of 9 Settlement Delivery Officers you will be responsible for the creation of contracts, ensuring they are drawn up accurately and correctly adhere to company policies, legal requirements and credit. On a day to day basis your duties will include: · Entering contract specifications into the company's CRM / contract loading system · Preparation of documents relating to deals that have been made by the sales team · Managing and actioning workflow from the Business Development Officers · Liaising with other departments and actioning amendments that are required · Reviewing completed and signed contracts ensuring verification / qualification You will be switched on, possess good common sense, be an excellent communicator as you will be in regular contact with internal departments and experience in document preparation, management will be highly regarded. You will have an excellent eye for detail, take pride in your work and be methodical.
