Due to the commencement of a number of major and high profile projects, we have a vacancy for exceptional Administration Assistants who have previously worked within the Oil and Gas industry.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Diary management and answering calls
Handling of general enquiries and maintenance of correspondence
Accurate and timely production of correspondence, professional presentations
Taking notes and minutes of meetings
Maintaining filing, both manual and electronic
Preparing documents for presentations, booking rooms and catering
Booking travel, accommodation and conferences
Varied administration tasks as required
Document control
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working within Oil and Gas as an Administrator or Personal Assistant
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
The ability to work in a busy team and reach deadlines
