This is a varied, busy and challenging role, where you can thrive in a dynamic environment. Our host organisation is currently seeking a self motivated, enthusiastic individual who is looking for a head start in their career by commencing a Certificate III business traineeship. You will be a key member of the administration team.
Key duties will include:

Reception relief
-
Data entry
-
Filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving

Ad-hoc support for the marketing and IT departments
-
Customer service.
Key selection criteria:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong interpersonal skills
-
Intermediate computer skills
-
Customer service experience desirable
-
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and flexibility

Ability to handle enquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality

Attention to detail.
Eligibility criteria:
-
Not completed any qualification above a Certificate II
-
Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
